We worked at this amazing venue recently and can not speak highly enough about the staff, service, food and place itself! Being a supplier for the night, they welcomed us so warmly and ensured we had everything we needed to get our job done. If you are searching for an awesome venue to hold your next function/wedding.. look no further!
Very poor on customer service, staffs not helpful and simply say no to customers’ request with disrespectfulness and unexplainable reasons. This is completely not 5star standard and will never stay again.
Such a lovely Establishment. Great location. Shame the clerks at reception where engrossed in there own conversation they couldn't even acknowledge me. Fortunately the gentleman at the concierge desk was able to assit.
