I really liked this boutique hotel and it’s central location to a lot of places. The only reason I do not give it a 5 Star is because my A/C was not good at all. Last night was terrible but seeing how it was after 8pm on 4th of July why complain because who was coming to fix it?? When I told the young lady this morning at the desk she apologized and said I should have said something and they would have switched out the unit which I kind of doubted. My husband and I stayed at the Dean Hotel for the first time last weekend (June 15-17), and our experience was pretty much perfect. Everything from the efficient valet service and friendly and helpful front desk staff, to the great coffee shop, to the charm and comfort of our room—we couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
