Clean, I felt safe about parking my car, don't worry about the look of the building
Staff was very professional; however my tv was out of service for 48 hours and that was very disappointing because it was my ONLY time to watch Tubi. As a traveling consultant hours at a dealership are brutal; therefore tv is not an option after working 15 hours scheduled days. Finally, outside of the tv experience everything was fantastic, my colleagues will be visiting the Orange Hotel soon along with myself.
I just want to say I am taking the time to leave a review because you should never judge a book by its cover. This place is not impressive from the outside, which I’m sure is due to renovations and it being such a large endeavor to take on. I was scared when I arrived. I have stayed in every expensive hotel in the area because I work here during the week. When I checked in, I got excellent customer service a courtesy. The hotel was okay definitely not what it looks like in the pictures we lost our $$$ for leaving early but it’s okay I wouldn’t stay again hopefully they can be more honest in their pictures posted the lady’s in the front were nice
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. My room was spacious, clean, and comfortable with a large TV. The front desk staff were very helpful and friendly. I liked the pool tables in the lobby, they are a great touch for something to do in the evening.
