Miss Amanda was SOOO SWEET!!! The rooms were clean and spacious, and y'all...there's pool tables...POOL TABLES!!!😁😁😁 EVERYTHING about this place is 5 stars. If you can get past the cosmetics from the remodel, and see the big picture of the place...it's like staying in a ballroom🤍🤍🤍there's even big green pretty grass to sit and relax on. No bugs. Management Mark is exceptional and professional very eager to please the customer. Nice views outside offers coffee and breakfast.
Clean, I felt safe about parking my car, don't worry about the look of the building
Staff was very professional; however my tv was out of service for 48 hours and that was very disappointing because it was my ONLY time to watch Tubi. As a traveling consultant hours at a dealership are brutal; therefore tv is not an option after working 15 hours scheduled days. Finally, outside of the tv experience everything was fantastic, my colleagues will be visiting the Orange Hotel soon along with myself.
I just want to say I am taking the time to leave a review because you should never judge a book by its cover. This place is not impressive from the outside, which I’m sure is due to renovations and it being such a large endeavor to take on. I was scared when I arrived. I have stayed in every expensive hotel in the area because I work here during the week. When I checked in, I got excellent customer service a courtesy.
