This place needs some love... Booked a stay here based on reviews and pics, I uploaded pics that better represent the places current condition. Pros: pet friendly and plenty of hot water for showers, the lobby is beautiful and comfortable, the views are amazing. Cons: the exterior looks more warn than the pics on maps, some of the exterior lighting either doesn't work or strobes (failing LED?) making it hard to navigate at night. The service at The Hotel Garibaldi is exceptional. The staff is incredibly kind and always willing to help. TJ was especially welcoming, respectful, and always ready to assist us with anything we needed. We can’t wait to come back again!
We stayed at the hotel for two nights. While there are a few things in need of repair, the hotel was very comfortable, clean, and the staff were excellent. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and had what we needed for an enjoyable stay. TJ even called to tell us my child left her stuffed animal behind. We’ve never had this type of experience at a chain hotel. Highly recommend.
Excellent hotel and right in the middle of town! Our stay in Garibaldi was for the funeral of my husband's son and we had several family members staying at Garibaldi Hotel. The owner of the hotel was absolutely wonderful as the host and as a person. Her clerk, Allen was so incredibly helpful, kind and professional. I cannot say enough good things about how they accommodated us all and how much their kindness meant to all of us during our stay for the funeral. As for the hotel, it was perfect for us. This place was great! They have great service (even though we didn’t need much from them) but when buying our rooms the guy on night shift was quite nice as well as the lady in the morning! Talking to the people and there attitudes where friendly and kinda homey. The rooms! The rooms were great, we got 2 rooms, one with 2 beds and the other one with 1 bed.
