We called a few days prior our stay to let the hotel know we’d be arriving early and they noted they’d try to accommodate us. Upon arriving they said a room should be ready by 11-12, and guaranteed check-in was 3:00 pm. We were fine with that however our room was not ready until nearly 5:00 pm and they offered us a free drink lol. Could’ve offered breakfast and a drink for our stay was the least they could do. The room was not clean, the laminate was dirty. When I arrived in the shared bathroom there was hair everywhere and a trash can full of trash that was not thrown out until I left. Since the bathrooms are shared, at least they should be cleaned often. The location is great, but unfortunately that's all. The rooms are extremely cramped and it's very noisy all the time.
