You must let Gerald Decock live in the hotel. His art is iconic and grand! His work brings people to the hotel. People hope to catch a glance of the amazing artists that still live at your hotel. Please allow Gerald to stay. If he isn't there with other artists the hotel might not exist in the near future. Artists and their mentors and inspiration matter. Don't let us down!
Waited almost 20 minutes for a repulsive, sour, cold cup of espresso. Very disappointing considering how world famous this hotel is.
