The hotel was fine to good. Unlike some of the other reviews, I didn’t have an issue with noise, and the room was fairly nice albeit standard and not memorable. The gym was fantastic, so if you plan your trip around being able to workout and attend classes, it makes sense to stay here. I did have a strong sense of: why is this hotel here? It really is some rooms stuck to a gym, so plan your stay accordingly.

I would give it zero stars if I could . This a fitness club with some rooms on top and all the charm of a strip mall and car dealerships that flank it. Prepare to be woken up at 5 am by free weights shaking your room and a fitness instructor screaming . I should have known when they provide earplugs ….🤨. . No lobby, only “restaurant “ is closed on weekends, and limited menu.. Smallest rooms with graffiti wallpaper. So ugly. While the pool is large, it is very crowded. Front desk not helpful with reservations, class schedule... read more

The hotel was nice and clean. Staff was great. If you are a light sleeper and want rest, this is not the place. We unfortunately had dogs barking early in the morning, kids running and screaming down the halls all night, then workout music started super early. So restful sleep did not happen. The food in the restaurant wasn't that great. Teriyaki bowl just taste of mayo and you had literally just a bowl of white rice.

The only reason I give 2 stars is because the staff here are amazing, accommodating and wonderful. Unfortunately though they are let down my disastrous building planning and layout. If you want a quiet sleep, AVOID. The gym is based on the 3rd floor, central to the buildings rooms where you can hear weights and gym instructors running classes from 5:15am. However theres no getting away from noise as if you stay at the end of the building all of the buildings air conditioning units are based at your window. Thankfully the sta... read more
