WOW! Not only are the hot tubs here amazing, but the staff is also incredible! I worked with James over three months to finalize my hot tub purchase. I looked at at least 15 different models by 4 different brands between 6 different shops during this time. His knowlegde of the hot tub world is second to none. He answered all my questions (and there were tons) quickly and honestly. He explained pros/cons and listened to what I was looking for and why. We were in the market for a hot tub and went to a few different stores but when we walked in to The Hot Tub Store we knew we were buying from them. They were very genuine and helpful. Alec and James were fantastic and answered any and all of our questions. The install was super smooth and the start up was easy too. James guided me through exactly what to do once it got filled and helped me get the water to be spot on. Our family loves having “phone free” time to hang out and connect. Highly recommend!

We shopped other stores and brands, but Stu and James really went above and beyond. Answered all our questions and were patient while we made our decision. They made sure delivery and instalation went smoothly and followed up to make sure we are satisfied. We love our new Caldera salt system tub.
