Erik was extremely patient and took the time to fix our problem over the phone. To add to the dilemma, I had somehow changed our settings to French- and he was still able to figured it out! Very impressive work Erik.
Great experience from start to finish....AND they will work with you step by step if you're a new spa owner!!! A+
Eric has been soooo helpful! He is quick to respond and great to communicate with! He was patient and took the time to walk through every step of set up and maintenance and also was very helpful getting the supplies I needed to maintain the hot tub! I would highly recommend!
