Eric is the guy, he handled everything from start to finish. I read alot.of reviews when we started exploring our 3rd hot tub. I found nothing but positive reviews for the hot tub store and Eric was the first person we met when visiting the store for the first time. Eric is a follow through guy who explained everything from start to finish in our first saltwater hot tub. Very pleased with our Florence hot tub and all of its terrific features. Great for about 4 to 5 people.
The customer service I have received from Eric is top notch! He is very knowledgeable and is always super friendly. If you are searching for a hot tub or sauna, you are doing yourself a disservice if you do not stop into The Hot Tub Store.
