Always the chemistry lesson I need to keep my salt water tub in tip top shape; they've always answered all my questions about caring for one of our favorite home features
Apparently there is always some hot tub emergency in town that forces the drivers, esp that shiny new red truck to almost slam into others on the road. Hardly a professional company if their employees could care less. On the road daily in this small town. If they improve I'll update the review. If it continues I'll contact dot enforcement on a daily basis until corrected.
The Hot Tub Store had a wonderful selection of hot tubs. We’ve had ours since June and really love it. Sarah was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the whole process. She is also very quick to respond to any questions we’ve had since installation. The installation crew worked very efficiently getting it up and running on delivery and demonstrated how everything worked to two brand new hot tub owners. Great customer service!
Great place to get a hot tub. Sara and the delivery/service team were excellent. Very satisfied!
Sarah and the crew at The Hot Tub store are amazing! My Hot Springs hot tub is the Rolls Royce of hot tub spas! The blue tooth stereo is not an option, it's a necessity! They say you get what you pay for and this goes beyond you're expectations.
