We are so happy we choose the Hot tub Store for our hot tub. Not only did we get top notch customer service when we bought our hot tub but we have received top notch service every time we have been back for supplies. The technician that set up our hot tub was fantastic as well. I would high recommend The Hot Tub Store to anyone in the market for a hot tub!
We were very pleased with purchasing a hot tub at The Hot Tub store in Oakland, Maryland. They were pleasant to work with, the price was reasonable, delivery was expert, and they were very flexible with timing. We would certainly consider buying our next hot tub from them!
I do not recommend buying a Hot Springs Hot Tub we had nothing but trouble with ours ended up with a crack in the tub. Got a total replacement hot tub but a way cheaper model. Cover doesn’t fit right water blows everywhere, not what we paid for. I would stay away from Hot Springs.
