Bought a hot tub from this company to find out it had been repaired in several places (not new) Called to get a part to repair it myself. They don’t answer their phone or return calls when I left messages. Don’t buy from them. They are a shady out fit with no customer service. I have been trying to get this part for several months. Plus, I am stuck with a repaired (not new) hot tub. WARNING!
We had an issue with our Hot Springs hot tub. Ger from the Hot Tub Store was able to diagnose and fix our issue quickly and successfully. He was a pleasure to work with and did an amazing job. Thank you so much Ger for the amazing service and support.
Definitely ask for Corey when you come visit! Really knowledgeable, knows his stuff, and was able to explain everything in a way we could understand so that we could make an informed decision. And we made a GREAT one deciding to work with him.
Bought a refurbished model, after it was delivered we opened the panel and found defects, but the team was quick to respond and replace them
