When my hot tub quit working, I called The Hot Tub Man to see if I could fix it myself. Tanner , Jillian and Stacie were super helpful and patient, walking me through different troubleshooting steps over the phone. Take it for what you will, this has been my most recent experience. Back in January, our hot tub experienced some freezing overnight. We drained it and had The Hot Tub Man come out to inspect. After that initial visit, we never heard back — no quote, no follow-up, nothing. Months later, at the start of summer, I reached out again only to find out that the original technician was no longer with the company, and no one had followed up on our inspection or estimate.
