Had an issue with our spa heater and called in The Hot Tub Man, who quickly made the repair, only to discover we had another issue (control panel). Both issues have now been resolved and the tub is happy again. The service, and especially communication, has been first rate. The Hot Tub Man doesn't tell you a day and then suggest you wait until someone gets there (the method preferred by so many corporations), they tell you the date and time the service work will be done, then text you when the technician is on their way. Absolutely impressed at the professionalism , courtesy and communication received from the Hot Tub man and its representative Arron Lemega. We had a doozy of a challenge presented to him on a service job for an older hot tub and zero judgement given all solutions offered. What a pleasant experience. Highly recommend to others
