Although I love the hot tub I bought from Andy, his customer service is not good. I'd gladly pay more for a hot tub so I'd have a company that would respond to me. After paying in full for a hot tub in February 2024, I was told it would be 2 - 3 weeks when my hot tub was delivered. So imagine my dismay when weeks turned into a month...then two monrhs. We purchased our hot tub in February 2024 for $6500. At the time of purchase Andy told us that if in April or May, we decided a hot tub wasn’t for us that he would buy it back for 90% of the our purchase price. We contacted Andy via text on May 20th to see if he would be interested in the buy back at the 90% offer. His was response was “I would gladly put it in my show room and sell it for you. Like the other 1 star review, we had a horrible experience with Andy dragging us along “waiting for parts” before ultimately ghosting us. I’m thankful it was only the cost of a service call that we wasted. My husband and I have a Nordic hot tub and have a broken jet that we called him to repair. We’ve had an rough time trying to find someone willing to come out to our house (about 45 minutes northeast of KC) and when he came out on September 23rd he was awesome, friendly, and we thought we had finally found a reliable hot tu... read more
Buyer beware, TLDR- terrible communication, punctuality, and extremely unprofessional business. I regret my purchase. I paid the full amount upfront, when it was finally delivered I tipped a few hundred extra dollars and just wanted the product I purchased. I understand my review is negative but don’t believe I was in any way offensive or disrespectful to Andy up until now at any point.
