All I can say is wow.... I have always been a fan of and supported small local businesses because usually you receive excellent customer service. I am absolutely disappointed beyond believe with the hot tub man. I have a problem with my recently purchased hot tub. I noticed the problem one day after my so-called 60 day warranty ran out. I was told that they would have to charge me $169 for a service call and to read the contract I signed because it states you have 60 days from the date of delivery if any problems arise. Kevin and Jordan couldnt have been more helpful. We came in looking for a good deal on a high quality hot tub and boy did they come through! If you looking for a hot tub I wouldnt look anywhere else! They helped us get finaced and pick out the perfect hot tub for us!
These guys are horrible they are scammers come out to your house don't do a thing other then try to sell you a hot tub instead of trying to fix yours. DO NOT CALL VERY BAD EXPERIENCE
Kevin is by far the most knowledgeable person in the hot tub business and really understands what it takes to provide 100% customer service. I have had my hot tub for years and have been thrilled from day one.
