Mark and Hot Tub King have consistently been excellent. My tub came with the home when I purchased it, when I had a mechanical issue Mark came right out and took exceptional care of me and has consistently done so for the past few years. I would 100% recommend him and his team.
Mark was awesome. Timely, communicated well, and fixed my hot tub issues quickly. I spent a lot of time trying to troubleshoot it myself, Mark came in and fixed it right away. Great service, highly recommend.
Mark is exceptional with spa services & has terrific customer service. He assisted me this time with a spa cover replacement which frankly I had seen so many online order horror stories. Through Mark’s The Hot Tub King company he was able to have my brand new spa cover built locally & exactly to order. He even checked my spa upon delivery. I would not trust anyone else with my spa needs - & have been using The Hot Tub King for many years now! Thanks once again Mark ….
