My wife and I purchased a hot tub from The Hot Tub Guy. They delivered it, made all the connections, filled it, and showed my wife and I step by step on care and maintenance. I had a question the next day and he was very helpful and knowledgeable. I would recommend him for anyone looking for a tub. We enjoy ours!! Thanks!
The Hot Tub Guy knows his stuff. I called him to set up an appointment, he asked what the problem was, diagnosed over the phone and we were able to repair ourselves. (He did not have to do that) Zero dollars spent. Will definitely recommend and call the next time. Thank you so much!
I would not recommend his services to anyone. He will charge $160 plus taxes just to come and take a look at my unit, which I agreed, since over the phone we figured it was a sensor issue and it could be done that day. He showed up with the wrong sensor for my unit even tho I shared my model with him, he had to order the right sensor a come back at another time. A week later he had the sensors but wanted to charge me $160 plus taxes again to come and do the job plus $120 in parts and $80 in labor. He never mentioned he charg... read more
