Need a Hot Tub? Look no further than the Hot Tub Factory. Tom was knowledgeable about all aspects of the sale. While you shop you are offered water, coffee and snacks. They have indoor and outdoor fireplaces and can design your outdoor kitchen on site. What an incredible store. We will definitely be back. Ask for Tom! 10 stars!
Tom was great! Very friendly and knowledgeable we went through all options and he explained everything very well! I recommend coming here! Hot tub was delivered and installed with no problems! Everyone on the back end was great as well!
Wonderful experience with Justin at the Hot Tub Factory. Super communicative, worked with us on pricing and delivery timelines as were in a unique situation to have the hot tub delivered after our new home purchase and landscaping is done.
