I had a very disappointing experience with Bella. I paid $1,070 for hair extensions in May and, as of October, have received neither the hair nor a refund despite repeated communication. When I asked to collect my extensions, the situation became personal, my appointment was canceled, and I was told I would have to wait longer to receive my hair. I expected professionalism, communication, and accountability. Unfortunately, this experience fell far short of my expectations.
Excellent work! Very professional and wonderful place! Mariam is a very talented artist and lovely person! I do my highlights and color with spectacular results 😍
Obsessed is an understatement. I found this salon serendipitously and I’m so glad I came here to get a much needed cut. I told Maysaa what I wanted and she absolutely delivered! She also gave me the best cut and blowout of my dreams ✨ I’d recommend her and this salon to anyone looking for a refresh and wanting to feel their best.
