Otto came for the repair of the AC unit in summer, he changed the capacitor in the AC unit and AC started to work. But the fan started to malfunction right after that. I asked him to come back and fix what he did. He said he will charge me again to come back and have a look. He came back dismissed the whole thing and blamed the thermostat for it. But after a lot of cost and damage to the entire system, it turned out that he has placed a capacitor of a different capacity instead of what system required. This has caused surges... read more
