We had a new water heater installed today by Otto. He arrived on time, completed all work in a timely and efficient manner. All work was done carefully. Very pleased with everything. Highly recommend his company! He also does our furnace and AC maintenance.
Otto came out to our place even after having a different job scheduled earlier in the day. He was communicative the entire day, and explained everything as he worked. Got our furnace back in working order incredibly fast. Honestly amazing guy and I'd recommend him to everyone who needs work done on their HVAC system.
