7/7/07 Good: The employees where truly wonderful people to work with. They went out of their way to make sure every detail was perfect!. Bad: I didn't like a Bride who was self-centered and selfish. I was embarrassed for this Bride because she was rude, hostile toward employees, and other Brides seeking services and acting like she was the only woman getting married on that day and that nobody else mattered but her. The employees were awesome and handled her with respect, just like they did with me.. Improvements: None!.
Bad Service and Quality My sister and I both bought our wedding dresses and veils and my bridesmaids' dresses at the Hostess House. It was a chaotic, disappointing, and frustrating experience for the following reasons: -customer service was terrible (disorganized paperwork system resulting in many mix-ups, staff was rude(after purchases were made), unwilling to fix problems) -alterations were so bad that they could not be fixed, only made to look less bad. -alterations person did not show up for appointment (at all or on tim... read more

There is a cute chapel with glass windows in the background, The reception can also be held at the same place. There is a reception hall with a dance floor.
