Stroke patient doesn't see anyone over the weekend here. Been 22 + hours since a doctor has come by. Guess people don't get sick on Saturdays and Sundays. I would be ashamed to treat time sensitive patients in this way.
My dad was admitted to this heart hospital by his cardiologist. Even with admission orders and instructions he waited in the er for more than 24 hours waiting for a room. Understood. However, once placed in a room for 6 days, he did not get bathed by staff in bed or showered because they had no HOT WATER!!?? What kind of hospital can operate safely with no hot water??!! The majority of the nursing staff have a terrible bedside manner and are often derelict in their duties. We experienced nurses that were absent for hours at a time. Some of the nurses were world class, but the majority were rude ( Sam, etc ). The rooms are dirty and the elevators are often broken. Overall, it was a frustrating stay with mediocre care.

Im giving it a 2 star cause nurses on the third floor saved It from getting a one star, nurses on the 4th floor at least the ones my mom had are TERRIBLE!!
