There aren’t words to say how thankful I am to the staff - from the nurses, therapists and everyone that cared for me. The PTs and OTs are top notch and experts in what they do. Even the cleaning staff was so friendly. They are the absolute best. I am so grateful I chose to come here for my inpatient rehabilitation care.
Today was a bad experience at sierra hospital. All the girl at the front desk kept telling me was that they are short staffed and didn’t have time to answer any of my questions and to save my questions for the dr. Without even listening to anything I had to say my questions were pertaining to registration, if I had a liability, she went straight to cutting me off and telling me 100 times that they are very short staffed and for me to understand. Pésimo trato de parte de las enfermeras de 3 piso, 0% profesionalismo !!! Después de cirugía lumbar con una persona de la tercera edad . Deberían seleccionar mejor personal con más sentido y calidad humana . Es lo que falta más en este

Absolutely the worst hospital I have been in. Showed up for neck surgery, laid in pre-op for 8 hours with 2 IV lines only for them to cancel the surgery because they didn't have the correct equipment. Many months later, when the surgery was finally done, I saw the physical therapist about 3 times in 9 days. All she had me do was walk to the end of the hall and back. Not sure how that helped with neck rehab. Though I am not diabetic, never been even close to diabetic, nor was I receiving any meds that would affect blood sugar... read more
