UPDATE 07/23/2026: Finally we got our money back. They are basically stealing money. My wife had a surgery in may. We paid upfront the surgery. After the surgery we got a notice from the insurance that we overpaid. We called Providence, they confirmed that we overpaid but denied the refund. We called again, they confirmed again that we overpaid, but they still refuse to pay ans said they have to verify if our claim is legit......
