I had a breast biopsy performed and due to a horrific previous biopsy experience done to me on 2016 I was absolutely terriefied for this second biopsy. To my surprise I prepared by taking an anxiety medication out of fear to the unknown I was facing. I met the most caring professionals staff that it made me realized the previous biopsy was everything in the rating scale of high unprofessional very low quality trained staff that I can say was abuse and torture physically and verbally. You call, get put on hold, no one tells you your being transferred and then your speaking with someone you can’t understand because they’re phone connection is so poor, this is ridiculous. You’re playing with peoples lives at some of their most vulnerable and desperate time in their lives. Who’s doing the monitoring, cause nothings improved. Have been here (west) at least 20 years for the mammo, bone density or a chest x-rays. Admission could improve but the front desk girls have been fine. The techs are very very nice and helpful with any questions or concerns.
I have been coming here for as long as I can remember and I have never had anything short of a perfect experience! From check-in, insurance processing to imaging. Perfect!
From the first person you meet at the welcome desk and the bookkeeping staff, everyone kind and professional and willing to go the extra mile. I have had several procedures for breast cancer. Today was MRI guided biopsy. Dr Raul Loya, RN Christina and MRI tech, Erica, all kind and exceptionally skilled. They got me through a not so easy procedure. I cant thank these professionals enough.
