even though I showed the referral to the Lab technician she didn't know what to do! nice job!
Scheduled a ct scan with contrast at 10:30 am on monday morning they called to reschedule 30 min before, i pre registered over the phone because thats what i was told to do in order to pick up the contrast so i went in the friday before to get the contrast which i was told would be quick since i pre registered i get there and the girl at the desk tells me no u have to wait and get registered i was omw to work so i couldnt wait long so she tells me come monday 2 hrs before to register and get the contrast so i did that i show... read more
Guess I’ll never get an ultrasound of my arm with how difficult they make the process. Either my doctor is lying that she sent doctors orders or you all SUCK at organizing and providing appointments for your patients.
They don’t return calls!! This is the second time dealing with incompetent scheduling.
I've always scheduled my annual mammograms here. Any CT's or MRI's needed, I come here. Very courteous and professional. The staff is always very friendly and efficient. Keep up the great work.
