Giving one star when really should be 0 stars. On October 20 my little brother was taken in for arm pain for an incident that happened during his jiujitsu practice. He was sent home with a diagnosis of a pulled ligament. Today November 18 he was seen by an orthopedic where it was confirmed he has a BROKEN ARM. How was this missed by so called people who are specialized. Save your time & money with this place.

Emergency Room Montwood 1890 George Dieter Dr. El Paso, Texas 79936 This is a review on the staff of The Hospital of Providence / Montwood Emergency Room on George Dieter. This was my first time here and I immediately noticed how clean the facility was I was told that this place is several years old which was surprising considering how nice it was kept up. I walked in and was greeted by very kind and respectful front desk staff — they were great. Unfortunately, the rest of my experience went downhill fast. After being taken to my room by one of the MAs, I overheard them gossiping about me just a couple of minutes later. Completely unprofessional, especially in a healthcare setting where patients deserve privacy and respect. Omar was very polite and careful during the ct scan. Violeta our nurse was also on top of anything we needed! Kept us informed, excellent service!!! AMAZING STAFF!!!

I think more people should consider this facility for quick, fast, and attentive care. I went in with my son regarding a sudden emergency/injury. I was surprised to see that they're equipped with everything to perform testing in real time. Thank you for the care you all provided and taking care of us during a scary and unexpected event.
