This “hospital” or “er” shouldn’t even be open and running on business . I had went too get pep ( post exposure prophylaxis ) a medication used when you had been exposed too hiv . I walked in and too start of can I saw how rude the front desk is . When I was giving the lady my information all she did was roll her eyes and make that stupid face . I had been holding off on writing a review since I was hoping that things would settle and improve. The "service" was in March of this year. I was referred over from PCP due to chest pains and was given a "fast pass" due to the nature of the emergency. The front desk lady did not know what a "fast pass" was nor how it worked. Hospital personnel had my girlfriend waiting for 8 hours.. they were very rude to us till they transported us to the main Hospital
