The only reason for the 2 stars is because E. Alarcon, FNP was great; Compassionate, knowledgeable and kind, the facility is very clean and staff are nice. However Dr. Sarah Shaw is the worst physician we have EVER encountered, anywhere. She is rude, condescending and treats you to her limited knowledge rather than as an individual who has dealt with a condition for many years. This “hospital” or “er” shouldn’t even be open and running on business . I had went too get pep ( post exposure prophylaxis ) a medication used when you had been exposed too hiv . I walked in and too start of can I saw how rude the front desk is . When I was giving the lady my information all she did was roll her eyes and make that stupid face . If you don’t like your job don’t work there ! . I was then checked in by one of the nurses. I had told them what had happened and they said that a dr would see me shortly . The dr co... read more
