Don’t come here unless you want to leave feeling the same way or worse. Worst service ever. Front desk is too busy talking and laughing or on their phones and they’ll put your information into the computer whenever they feel like doing so. I left my chart on the desk and 10 minutes later the lady started inputting it after she was done laughing(there was no one in the waiting room but me). Always denies me or puts me way down the list because of insurance, so I went home and done research how to help myself with what I have been suffering with, at least I found a way to save myself. When I went home I discovered I was automatically denied because of insurance
This place is trash, these nurses call themselves nurses but don’t even check on their patients, place should be shut down. Nurses should help people there supposed to be “hero’s” but these aren’t nurses, these are just children on their phones. I hope everyone stays safe and be careful when you come here.
6 June 24 I visited the ER due to severe pain in my foot, hoping to receive a supportive device to aid my walking until I could see a doctor on Monday. Despite my request for a walking boot, the nurse practitioner insisted on providing a walking shoe, which was too large and caused a blister on my ankle almost immediately.
