During my physical I asked the doctor for recommendation to a spinal Place. For this one question he recoded my appointment to lower back pain and did nothing for the back during the visit didn’t even look or touch it. Turned my free maintenance visit to cost for myself. Whoever called from the office refused to change it. Even doctors are all about the money now. Scamming for a few extra insurance bucks. Hartford healthcare sucks
I called just to ask a simple question about a missed call earlier and was met with just the rudest attitude. "Hi I'm calling regarding a call I couldn't pick up from you guys earlier, what was it about?" "Did we leave a message??" "I don't think I got one, no" "Then it WASN'T us, if we called we would leave a message" (In hindsight my family very recently switched carriers so my voicemail isn't set up yet) "I got a call from you guys at around 9am today" *she checks the number* "Okay yeah we DID call you about a prescriptio... read more
Just saw a client 10 min late and they refused him. He called ahead of time. Policy is not in writing doctor discretion.....Wow.....

Inside the building is very clean and the receptionists at the front desk were very nice. It is a walk in area for Quest Diagnostics blood lab straight through the door and not such a long wait either. The area was very calm and clean and we waited maybe 4 min and the woman came right out to call us in. The phlebotomist was AMAZING. It is the only quest I have been to where I was treated like a person not a number.
