I was at this place at 1:45 pm today, July 8th, and the receptionist at the desk was unbelievably rude. I was trying to meet a friend who’d been injured and been sent to this ER mistakenly. I was upset about my friend and confused by the mistake and, rather than be helpful, this woman was condescending and antagonistic. Don’t go there if this woman is on duty.
Great ER, zero wait, very friendly and caring staff. Dr Yatsu is amazing, thoughtful and has great bedside manner. Excellent equipment and tools. This is the best ER experience in the Austin area.
Great staff. No wait time. Very clean and un-hospital like. Definitely makes you feel more comfortable.
So I called about my Mother and was greeted with the Wicked Nurse of the West, Deanna . Absolutely stunned by her horrific phone mannerisms. I was calling because last time they made me sit for 3 hours waiting and I didn't want my son waiting there for 3 hours when he has to get up and go to work at 8 am. All I wanted to say is for them to call me and I will come and picker her up. Also she was not so pleasant to my son either. If you don't like your job go find one you do.
