Great ER, zero wait, very friendly and caring staff. Dr Yatsu is amazing, thoughtful and has great bedside manner. Excellent equipment and tools. This is the best ER experience in the Austin area.

So I called about my Mother and was greeted with the Wicked Nurse of the West, Deanna . Absolutely stunned by her horrific phone mannerisms. I was calling because last time they made me sit for 3 hours waiting and I didn't want my son waiting there for 3 hours when he has to get up and go to work at 8 am. All I wanted to say is for them to call me and I will come and picker her up. Also she was not so pleasant to my son either. If you don't like your job go find one you do.
Great doctors and staff. Highly recommend.
