Very nice and quiet hotel close to the main street. Our room was large and very clean. The spa bath was in the main room so you can lye in the bath and watch the TV. There is also a separate ensuite. Good king size bed as well. We will stay again.
My wife and I were in desperate need of a suitable place to stay on the night of Sunday the 26th, a public holiday and it was after office closing time. One of the staff, Kelly answered the after hours number, listened to our plight and went back to the office to see what she could do. From there everything went like clockwork. I received a code to the locked box which I used to collect an envelope with my name on it and containing a key to a room that we have stayed in before. To experience customer service 101 - this is your place. Great rooms - comfy beds - quiet surrounds. Walking distance to awesome pubs and shopping.
We lived in Mudgee for 15 years and always wondered what the Hotel/ Motel was like. On our visit back after 11 years we stayed a night and found out it was great.
