A honest review here. I’ve been living here for a few months. Pros: I love this building, the amenities, the balcony on the top, the parking, the trash and the blue carts to help load stuff (if they are in the storage room but we all have lives to live.) Violet, Marangelly and Jason are nice. In person, they are cordial but I tend not to say hi and bye to them every time I see them. (I’m introverted) Major Con: Hearing my neighbors every footsteps. I can hear when they have multiple people over, when they use the bathroom. I... read more
I toured several places when moving to NJ from out of state. After many tours, I stumbled upon The Hopkinson. As soon as Violet greeted my family at the door I knew this was going to be a great place! I have now lived here for nearly a year and it has been amazing! Everyone in management is very helpful and easy to work with, I am greeted with smiles daily from both residents and staff. I have been living in the Hopkinson since last March. I rent a two bedroom apartment. The apartment is awesome. Big, well designed, washer-dryer, heat and air in each room... I love the fact that I am the first tenant in a brand new building. My lease is up and I have decided to downsize. I am leaving this apartment, and moving upstairs into a one bedroom which fits my needs more appropriately.
