A honest review here. I’ve been living here for a few months. Pros: I love this building, the amenities, the balcony on the top, the parking, the trash and the blue carts to help load stuff (if they are in the storage room but we all have lives to live.) Violet, Marangelly and Jason are nice. In person, they are cordial but I tend not to say hi and bye to them every time I see them. (I’m introverted) Major Con: Hearing my neighbors every footsteps.
