We are very happy to have found the Hopkinson. Violet was extremely helpful from the first inquiry, to showing the unit, through the application process and during move-in. There were a couple of things that needed to be addressed, but they were handled immediately. The residents also seem to be quite friendly and helpful as far as explaining what stores were in the area, etc. Built in 2024, the building has a beautiful lounge area and lovely outdoor balcony/terrace. I have absolutely loved my time at The Hopkinson and I can attribute my positive experience to the wonderful management from Violet. From booking a tour, to move in, and every day I have lived here for almost 2 years, Violet has been nothing short of amazing, organized, communicative, understanding, and prompt with addressing any needs or concerns. It is so incredibly rare to find an apartment with a manager that is as great at their job as Violet. Every interaction felt so human because she truly cares. Highly recommend.
