Very unprofessional company and very unorganized. You’re basically an independent provider without actually being paid for it. I got fired for telling a client to reach out to their SA who was unhappy with his living situation.
Terrible company, gives black owned providers a bad name. I witnessed two of their Dsp assault a client and when I made a official complaint I was mysteriously terminated for “ Violating The code ethics”. Management are all related so if you piss off one person you get targeted.
I have been at the HopeNetwork for a little over a year and I love it. Give it a chance I’m sure you will love it too.
