Very unprofessional company and very unorganized. You’re basically an independent provider without actually being paid for it. I got fired for telling a client to reach out to their SA who was unhappy with his living situation.
Terrible company, gives black owned providers a bad name. I witnessed two of their Dsp assault a client and when I made a official complaint I was mysteriously terminated for “ Violating The code ethics”. Management are all related so if you piss off one person you get targeted.
I have been at the HopeNetwork for a little over a year and I love it. Give it a chance I’m sure you will love it too.
I have had the great pleasure of working with myriad talented teams from all over the world. However, the team at The H.O.P.E. Network (the DSP’s, the HHA’s, the Administrative Staff, and the affiliated firms, organizations and consultants) is a one in a million group of professionals with true compassion and a spirit of oneness.
