If I could I would give ZERO STARS !!!! Dr Amy is awesome BUT the staff is AWEFUL ! My Daughter is still waiting 3 weeks later to find out results from her CAT SCAN . And 1 1/2 weeks after the results appeared on my chart concerning her results from Pathology following Surgery. Office DOES NOT answer the phone numerous times and DOES NOT call back 😡 We made the decision to change to another Oncologist . I honestly would give only 2 stars, if it wasn't for the staff in the infusion center. They're all very nice & caring to my father. I have mixed feelings about this place & the doctor's treating the patients. Don't get me wrong, they're all very qualified in their fields. My issues are with the way my fathers doctor address, or lack of addressing issues, concerns & side effects. Example:my father's receiving Keytruda Infusions. Since he started them, almost 2yrs ago, he's had several severe, life threatening, minor & normal ... read more
I can only say good things about my Husband's Cancer Journey at this place, All of these employees have been very caring and understanding, I wouldn't want him to go anywhere else but here. I hope they all know how much they are appreciated. ✝️
A person has called multiple times and still no call back!? They have confirmed cancer and left multiple messages because they were obviously referred to them ! If the person that is responsible for calling back , had cancer or a loved.one , would it take you over 24 hours to call back ?!
