Great experience!
The food was excelent, its a really nice spot
We waited 15 minutes and weren’t even served water. The table that sat down 5 minutes after us were served water and their orders were taken. No wait staff ever bothered to visit our table. We left and informed the manager about the situation. Based upon our experience I would not recommend Hook Lakeside Grill.
Mediocre food, expensive. Waitress seemed bothered, and forgetful.
We came on a Saturday night. My husband and our three kids. (13, 14 and 18) My husband ordered a Ribeye. When It finally came out 95% of it was fat. I've been with him for 19 years and this was the first time I've ever seen him send something back to the kitchen. The server told him all the Ribeyes are like that. For $50 a steak that is ridiculous. So the server brought him out the New York strip. The steak was grey. At this point we had already been there for over an hour an a half.
