Interviewed to work with this company, mostly family work their and they are not open to someone new and new ideas. The last person interviewed me treated me like I was a old war relic. I didn't get the position because i am too far ahead of them business wise. I would have turned it down. When you have to interview with 4 or 5 people to get a average position, i can only imagine that getting them to take care of your service needs would take 4 or 5 times to get it right.
