Extremely satisfied. They beat pricing from other companies. Professional, experienced, personable and knowledgeable. I have already requested additional work to be done. I will refer them to anyone.
I paid a $200 deposit to get my door fixed and the guy came out and yes got my door opened by taking the hinges off then lifting it off the frame but was unable to fix it the problem once he got inside the door. I understand paying some for his time but $200 is a little crazy if you ask me. He was here for just an hour. So I called once he left to explain everything and they said to call it even. I needed quite a few repairs on my house and called several handyman companies. HoneyDo was by far the most impressive from the start! Super professional from the first phone call… Jen was amazing at scheduling the estimate, the work, and keeping me posted on who would be arriving and what time. Scott was in charge of our project and did all of the work. Again, another amazing rep for the company! Jamie K was very friendly and did a great job moving our washer/dryer fixtures. He kept us updated with what was happening with the project and gave good estimates of how long it would take. Honey Do was very prompt and professional. I've already recommended them to several friends and will definitely use them in the future.
