Update 08/03/2025. The response from The Honey Do Service below is a complete lie. No one has contacted me about making things right. There is still a huge debris pile stacked up under my deck. I contracted with Honey Do to strengthen and repair my old deck on a recently purchased home. The idea was to make it useable and safe. They gave me a quote for appx $1,500 and I hired them. They indicated they had completed the job and when I went to inspect it I found 8 boards that were rotted and not secure. They initially wanted t... read more
Absolute worst experience I’ve had with a contractor in a looooong time. I was very upfront about a tight timeline and they reassured me multiple times they would get the work done on time. Then they cancelled literally the morning of the appointment multiple times. After 3 weeks of horrible communication, 2-3 day pauses in communications, and still not a single person onsite, I just found someone else to do the work. Honey Do Service did a good job for me. They were here when they said they would be and the work was finished just short of 4 hours. The work was done to my complete satisfaction and the young man who did the job was very knowledgeable and completely cleaned up everything when he was fin. I would highly recommend Honey Do Service.
