I have made 5 attempts to have an estimate deposit refunded with no response from this company. I am dissatisfied with the lack of communication and business practices.
They came to assess work needed. They still haven't communicated back with quote nor availability. Its been 2 weeks. I tried to reach out to them again but no response.I have many jobs here that I told them to pick or chose what they wanted to do. I asked if any of these small repairs were out of their skill level but they claimed they weren't. Communication is key to me. These guys are the best, I’ve used them for several projects and also recommended them to family. I love these guy and will use them for more improvement projects in the future.
