I contacted the store to place a very last minute order with a tight timeline. I received friendly and prompt service. When my order arrived, it was early and very well packaged. Thank you Honey Bee Store for efficient and friendly service!
Horrendous to deal with. Ordered online. Order never arrived (it has been nearly 2months!) and I'm still trying to get a refund of nearly $275! I'm sorry for the harsh review, but you cannot take people's money and not deliver the product.
Update: Apparently I missed an email from the company which led to the delay in shipment. They upgraded some items for feee and will ship the items soon. My apologies for the mistake. Placed an order at the beginning of June and there was no response other than the confirmation email. Sent an email a week later for an update and no response even 2 weeks after the initial order (17611). It may be possible they didn’t see the order but to also not be aware of the follow-up email is annoying.
We ordered custom maple syrup bottles for our special event, and they were absolutely perfect! Each bottle had a custom label with our company logo, and they made the perfect personalized touch for our guests. Communication was easy and professional, and everything was delivered on time. Highly recommend if you want a unique and memorable gift!
