Service is very disappointing. I came NY eve as walk in customer. There are 2 cashier's andthere is another line for online orders. I'm the only one in walk in line but the cashier keep to finish the 5-6 online people and I waited for at least more than 5 minutes before the other cashier called me. Then she told me that walk in order has minimum 9 lbs.for ham. I only wanted small size which she refused to take my order. I asked if there are available smaller size but she didn't answer. It was lovely that when I arrived, finally, there was only one other customer. I had expected a long line, especially since I had been calling them for a while and no one ever picked up the phone.
