Sold our ham to someone else. Went up twice and stood in a long line to be told our pre ordered and paid for ham was gone. How is that even possible? Came 1300 miles away to celebrate Thanksgiving here and honey baked ham ruined that. Shame on you and your staff. If someone didn’t order a ham you should have had them waiting, not the other way around. People leaving with 2-3 hams… insanity. You should be ashamed.
Waited an hour and a half in line just to be told they gave my prepaid ham away and had to spend $80 more if we wanted another ham. I will never do business with these idiots again and I’m contacting corporate about this location.
Do not order from here!!! We preordered a Thanksgiving ham from them weeks ago and they ran out. Safe to say Thanksgiving meal is now ruined. Unbelievable.

100s of thanksgivings ruined thanks to you guys and the your poor management what a joke having people stand in line for nothing a company that takes your money and can’t even honor preorders 2 wasted trips over 3 hours wasted today thanks to them telling me to come back because they sold my ham what a huge waste of time I hope they get new management and workers what a complete joke
