Customer Service are helpful but not good with answering questions or personable
We have been ordering from HBH for decades now. No complaints ever until recently. Had an issue with the ham that was mostly bone and fat. They obliged and offered a free voucher which we never received. Ok, we understood and honestly weren’t looking for any freebies, just a better product. This New Years Eve, ordered another ham.
