Shout out to Dezzarai for great customer service and positive attitude! When I went back to work, my coworkers asked how my Lunch was. I made sure to tell them about my stellar experience and now they are also choosing HoneyBaked. Thanks!
The service was great! Very good food!
Went to the honey baked ham store, first time and was completely shocked by the knowledgeable service we received! And friendly as well, not only did the gentleman help us pick the perfect sized ham but guided us to pick sides to match with descriptions that helped us decide if our family would like the side dishes! Great time and we had a great dinner! Thank you
I prepaid and ordered a bone-in ham and turkey for pickup. The customer service was fair, but I was not given any instructions in-store and had to look them up myself. Unfortunately, the ham was not fully pre-sliced. I had to cut about 90% of it on my own, which was frustrating since it’s expected to come pre-sliced. I’ve ordered from Honey Baked Ham online and from multiple locations while living in Columbus, Ohio, and have never had this issue before. This experience was very disappointing.
