I have been trying to fix this issue for over a month with no call back or even an apology iv went into the store 2 times since to try to speak with someone who would care but instead I had my receipt taken with a promise to have someone call me back but still nothing.I have my own business as well as I have worked for over 15 yrs in the food industry the last 12 being general manager or regional manager and iv never been treated or seen anyone treated the way I have been. Unfortunately, today after ordering a roasted turkey sandwich I was prepared a ham sandwich instead. I paid $15 for a sandwich a bag of chips and a drink I get all the way back to my work to eat my sandwich and it's a ham sandwich I was very disappointed. Very sad case of not listening to the customer. Attention customers please check your food before you walk out of the restaurant. I cannot stress that enough.

This location was completely horrible!!! Don't get me wrong i love HBH and was excited to have it for lunch. I ordered some salads and sandwiches. I left special instructions to place all meat an cheese on the side of salads, they didn't do it nor did they send salad dressing. The sandwiches were TERRIBLE!!! VERY dry stale bread and barely any meat on the sandwich. My sandwich came with ranch, no ranch was included and RANCH is in the name of the sandwich. VERY poor experience.
