I was a repeat customer. I knew exactly what I wanted. There were two different prices on the same item. A difference of A DOLLAR! I brought this to the attention of the clerk and he also called the owner by phone. I wanted the lower ticked price. He refused stating it was not the price in the computer. The owner refused because it was stated"they changed the prices by hand and it was a mistake." I stated "this was not my fault." I wanted the item for the price ON THE TICKET. This is way better than the other pet shops I have been to. They are SO helpful with selecting what is best for my little " fur babies". They are so knowledgeable anout the products in the store and I feel assured that everything they sell is healthy and safe. The prices are great too!!! I wanted to get a healthier food for my 14 1/2 year old and they fixed me up and it was no more expensive than the well known, top selling brand I was feeding that I have learned is not as healthy as it could be.
