Ordered a ham a week ago for daughter’s Baptism. Went today to pick it up and called ahead to see if we could pick up earlier than the original time and they seemed very confused on the phone. On arrival, infant fell asleep in the car and I called while flashing outside the front doors to see if someone could bring it out to me as it had already been paid for online. Went to pick up my pre paid order, asked if I could spend more money and get a few pounds of turkey. The order is all baged up when the young lady at the counter goes to the back. Your clerks looked at each other. Where did she go??? Let me tell you, she went to the back to bag up something I didn't order so I could give more of my money. Very disappointed 😞 I count on you....
Came in and was guide to where my order was and they picked it and all I had to do was pay for it.
