Normally, I visit this Honey Baked Ham location about three times a year for my holiday dinner. There are usually long lines and the whole place moves quickly, but today was different. I decided to use a gift card with a small remaining balance from my last visit, and I’m really glad I went in. Felisha and Alex's customer service was top tier. They immediately greeted me as I walked in and gave me advice on what to order. Their product knowledge was primer. Felisha also advised me on the rewards program, she explained it in a way that made me want to join and not feel like she was being pushy or that I was obligated to join.
