I guess being shocked that the side order was so small warranted walking away and not coming back to help us. $15 for a ham sandwich and a sampling of broccoli salad that looked gross btw was unacceptable. Two doors down $11 for twice the sandwich and a nice size cup of soup and customer service.
Nice lunch sandwich today! Made use of a BOGO and both were delicious. Staff was friendly and helpful. This location seems to be consistent in good customer service and great sandwiches.
They did not have the item we ordered online but mgr substituted a similar item and gave us free mustard for the inconvenience. EDIT: the substituted item (rolls) were not fresh and we were unable to eat them as they were very hard. Also the ham was not sliced completely through, as the store normally does.
Not to busy and my sandwich was very good.
