10/10 customer service!! The staff & manager will extremely helpful regarding a gift card debacle, even calling corporate to assist me. HB hams are always amazing but I will 100% returning to this location because of the staff.
The han sandwich was good, would have been better warm but it was still good The potato salad was by far the worst potato salad I have ever had. They need to do better. Who's ever recipe that is, they need to bump that person down to dishwasher!
Obviously you're paying a premium for HoneyBaked Ham, but yesterday I decided to treat myself to a pound of ham and a pound of smoked turkey. They come in enclosed bags and you cannot see what you are getting. Both products were so tough and the turkey was soaking wet. It was clear that the products had been frozen and thawed.
