Came in at 4:30 tried to order a sandwich and they told me they couldn't give me anything cuz the grill was off. Then I tried to call to speak with a manager and they didn't answer their phone.

Went on a tuesday to order 2 hams for a christmas dinner. Called to order during business hours and no answer for 3 hours after their advertised opening. Took time out of my day to go to the store and order only to be told by the very rude young lady working the counter that they couldnt take my order in person that I had to order online. Absolutly rediculous. It took me 25 minutes to order 2 hams online as the app was not working correctly. Alan, your store is absolutely a disgrace. You should not be a leader in a restaurant. The corporate office needs to get involved with your store. Pathetic!!!!
I am struggling with if I should say this on a forum, when I came in and the staff that is at this location are hard to describe a smile from one cashier, but the 2 males working there seemed very unhygienic, messy not clean hair a mess, I saw no hair nets, I was glad that what we were picking up was desserts already packaged in boxes, your staff doesn't look clean by any means, have they not slept ot showered in a bit?
