We ordered our Thanksgiving meal weeks in advance as our kitchen is being remodeled. My husband picked up the food and when I got home from work Wednesday evening, I inspected the food. We were missing both deserts. It was 6:20pm so local store had just closed. I called corporate to make a complaint. They said someone from the local store would be in touch. A bit disorganized with all the new people. But I must say that the employees were happy and ready to help the customers as much as possible. One loong line out the door. Everyone had to wait their turn no matter if they were given specific times for pick up. Pleasant atmosphere and they did not rush you when your turn came up. There were some disgruntled customers but they still had to wait their turn.
Went to pick up my Thanksgiving dinner that I pre-ordered and paid for a month ago and they were out of the sides. If I would have known that they were going to just sell it before my scheduled pick up time I would have come sooner. They shouldn't be allowed to take pre-paid orders if they aren't going to hold the items for the customer. Disappointed and just ended up cancelling my whole $175 order.
