This is a franchise store and the owner does not honor any coupons sent through the Honey Baked App or emails!! It seems that he doesn’t understand good business practices because giving a small discount with a coupon is just good customer service and brings repeat business!! Not honoring special offers causes him to lose business and loyal employees because they have to bear the brunt of the unhappy customers!! First time trying Honey Baked Ham. Upon entering, I thought the place was closed, as there was absolutely no one around. A few seconds later, an employee comes out. Upon my ordering, I asked a question about the preparation of the sliders. I was greeted with a look of "disgust", to say the least. I requested if we could have our sandwiches not drizzled on the outside with the sauce, due to us driving. My Honey Baked Ham, which I picked up on 3/29/2024 in New Bern, NC, was loaded with fat. Had to throw away at least a third of the 8-1/2 half pound ham. Pure fat! Disgusting. My family and my guests were deeply disappointed. Will never buy another one!
