Service was terrible on yesterday. I placed an order online to pick up at between by 11:30 made it by 11:40 just to ensure enough time. The guy asked me for my name i gave it to him and he told me it would be a min it wasn't ready a lady then came out after i stood for a few mins and i told her i wanted a refund. She then prints my recipe and said have a nice day no apology or anything .
